Lenny & Melissa is a husband-and-wife wedding photography team based in New Jersey. Lenny & Melissa photograph every wedding together, and Wedding Film is available through a dedicated videographer from their team.

2. Services Offered

Services include:

  • Wedding Photography: Lenny & Melissa photograph every wedding together.

  • Wedding Film: Available as an add-on to photography and filmed by a dedicated videographer from the team.

  • Engagement Session: Included in every photography collection and also available as a standalone session, subject to availability.

Services are available across New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, covering intimate ceremonies to grand ballroom celebrations.

3. Booking and Availability

  • Only 30 weddings per year are accepted to provide full attention to each couple.

  • Availability and bookings can be checked via the Check Your Date page.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and completion of a consultation.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure a wedding date.

  • Remaining payments must be completed prior to the wedding day.

  • Payment methods are provided during the consultation process.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate details about the wedding day, including venue and timing.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions for photography and videography at the event venue.

  • Special requests should be communicated in advance to ensure proper planning.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Lenny & Melissa.

  • Clients are granted a license to use their images and films for personal purposes.

  • Commercial use requires prior written consent.

7. General Provisions

  • Ownership: This website is owned and operated by Lenny & Melissa.

  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 16 years old to use this website.

  • Use at Own Risk: Accessing and using this website is at the user’s own risk. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the site, no explicit representations or warranties are made regarding its safety or use.

8. Deliverables

  • Clients receive a gallery of images reflecting the wedding day authentically.

  • Every wedding photography collection includes a Handmade Italian album. Additional wall art is available separately.

  • When Wedding Film is added to photography, a dedicated videographer from the team handles the filming.

9. Termination

  • Violation of Terms: Lenny & Melissa reserve the right to terminate a user's access to the website if they violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • Discretionary Access: Access may be revoked at any time without notice, and necessary actions may be taken to block further access.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

  • Not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States.
