New Jersey Wedding Videography for the Moments Photos Cannot Fully Hold
Photos let you see your wedding day. Film lets you hear it again.
Your wedding film brings back the vows, the speeches, the laughter, the music, the room, and the voices of the people you love.
Photos preserve how the day looked and felt. Film lets you hear it, move through it, and live inside it again.
You want a film — not a production.
A lot of couples tell us the same thing when the video comes up:
"We don't want our wedding to feel like a production."
That makes sense. The last thing you want is a separate team with its own timeline, its own lights, and its own agenda pulling you in two directions all day.
That's exactly why we built our video approach the way we did.
One coordinated team. One timeline. One story.
When you book photography and video together, the film is not handled by a separate company with its own timeline, style, and agenda.
Lenny and Melissa lead the wedding-day coverage, and we bring a dedicated videographer from our team whose only job is to capture movement, sound, vows, speeches, and the moments photos cannot fully hold.
Everyone works from the same plan, the same timeline, and the same understanding of what matters most to you. That keeps the day calmer, the coverage more connected, and the final gallery and film feeling like they belong to the same wedding.
"We were nervous about finding a videographer who might stage moments for the perfect shot." — Kayla Parrino
Photos preserve how it looked. Film preserves how it sounded.
The way your father's voice cracked during the toast.
The way the room reacted when you said your vows.
The first dance you barely remember because the night was moving too fast.
The sound of everyone singing on the dance floor.
The voices of people who may not always be here.
Those are the things film brings back in a way photos cannot.
"Let's just say we have watched the video over and over again and still feel as though it is our first time." — Linda Guddemi
Why photo and video together feels different
Hiring separate photo and video companies can absolutely work. But it can also add one more place where the day starts to feel divided.
Different teams may have different priorities, different timelines, and different instincts about when to step in or stay back. Even when everyone is talented, they may not be working from the same point of view.
When photo and video are planned together, the day feels more connected. Lenny and Melissa lead the coverage, the dedicated videographer from our team focuses on sound and movement, and everyone works from the same plan.
The result is less friction on the wedding day — and a gallery and film that feel like they belong to the same story.

A wedding film should feel like your wedding, not a staged version of it.
Your wedding films are not built around staged setups or over-produced moments. They are built around the real movement, sound, and emotion of your day.
You'll hear the vows. The speeches. The room. The first dance. The energy on the floor.
Years from now, when you press play, you should be able to relive more than what your wedding looked like. You should be able to relive what it sounded like to be there.

What Couples Say About Our Wedding Videography Experience
Beth & TJ (Wedding video filmed in Hackettstown, NJ)
“To put it simply, Lenny & Melissa will become your friends. You will feel at ease when you see them on your wedding day (IF you see them – they’re like stealthy wedding ninjas that day!) They’re also incredibly professional and thorough; they will meet with you face-to-face several times to make certain you are comfortable and that all of your questions are addressed. They will check every box on your wedding day and they will not miss a moment – including moments you won’t realize even happened until you see the photos for yourself.”
Megan & Jimmy (Wedding video filmed in Hamilton, NJ)
“Looking back on pictures we're laughing in so many of them because we're able to joke around with Lenny and Melissa which made the day even better. It’s so funny how much we love each detail, something as simple as Jimmy vacuuming his hotel room the morning of the wedding to help keep it clean for pictures, still makes us laugh. We love the fact that you can truly see the love and laughter and joy in every single picture. The photos truly capture the theme of the whole entire day and we can feel that love and happiness every single time we look at them.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding films in New Jersey can vary widely. Some videographers start at around $3,000, while more established teams with a coordinated photo and video approach typically start higher.
Our wedding films begin at $3,499 when included with photography. That includes a dedicated videographer from our team, the same timeline and planning process as the photography, and a finished film that preserves the vows, speeches, movement, music, and energy of the day.
The better question is not only what it costs — it’s who is actually filming, how the day is coordinated, and what you have when it’s over.
-
Photos are the foundation. Film matters if you want to hear the day again — the vows, the speeches, the laughter, the music, and the voices of the people you love.
For a lot of couples, that becomes more meaningful as time passes — especially when it's the voice of someone who isn't here anymore. Yes, you can book either service individually or together as a package. Most couples choose both for a more seamless experience.
-
Every film collection includes a trailer, a feature film, and a FOMO Edit — our complete recording of the ceremony, toasts, and special dances.
The trailer gives you a short emotional piece to revisit and share. The feature film gives the day more room to breathe. The FOMO Edit preserves the moments you may want to watch in full, exactly because you cannot be everywhere on the wedding day.
We also include aerial drone coverage when weather and location allow, licensed music, online hosting, and digital downloads. One dedicated videographer is included, with a second videographer available when the timeline or locations call for more coverage.
-
The same way photography works. Our videographer does not direct scenes or set up staged shots. They capture what is actually happening.
And because we've already spent time with you at the engagement session and during planning, we know how to build the day so the cameras stay in the background and the wedding stays in the foreground.
-
You’ll typically see your film during your wedding premiere party.

Yes, depending on availability. Most couples choose both because it is the most complete way to relive the day, but film is available on its own.
